Gina Pane

After an initial approach to sculpture, since the 1970s Pane has become a determining figure in the international Body Art movement with her "Actions", a series of performances often linked to the painful dimension of the body.
Since the 1980s, she has stopped working directly with her body but has left a memory of her actions through "Partitions", a series of objects, memorabilia and mementos of her performances.
