Descrizione
Co-founding artist of Viennese Actionism, controversial founder of the Friedrichshof utopian community in 1972, Otto Muehl staged from 1963 to 1970 a series of "material actions," for film and photography, in which the body becomes part of the environment. Music is a theme that relates especially to the improvised music performances of the Viennese Actionism group.
In the drawing we can see the association of the cello with female body shapes.
