Cyanotype made by the artist in Naples in 1989 and completed in Monteforte in 1992 with the addition of real flowers. During a visit by the collector to the artist's studio in Naples, Desiato had prepared the drawing of this nude on a sheet of acetate, ready to be printed on cyanotype photosensitive paper along with the other objects part of the composition. Note the reference to the trumpet, an echo of the iconic 1974 Basel performance. Enthusiastic about the work, the collector agreed to complete the work during a subsequent visit by the artist to Monteforte. To complete the work, in addition to the cyanotype print, the artist decided to paste dried flowers and a cotton branch purchased from the store of Graziano Giusti, a local florist. The work thus saw genesis in Naples, but was completed in Monteforte.
